For the past 18 years, AZ Big Media has hosted the Arizona Home & Building Expo. Their new venture — Home & Design Idea Center – will be Arizona’s newest, most sophisticated venue, showcasing the finest collection of home and garden products and services for remodeling, home décor & furnishings, interior design, home security & technology. Their famous slogan of “no pots and pans, no chips and dips, no mops and woks” defines the high quality of the companies they bring together, and brings the most affluent buyers to their center.
Mike Atkinson retained the services of NAI Horizon (specifically the Valley Office Brokers team of George Long, Andrea Davis, Josh Landers & Stacie Harrison) to represent the AZ Big Media in locating space and negotiating a lease for nearly 35,000 SF for the Home & Design Idea Center.
With a grand opening planned for July 2009, the Home & Design Idea Center is located at the new La Curvata mixed use office/showroom property, located near the new AJ’s Center, at Pima & Union Hills Road. The property is a joint venture development between Biltmore Holdings and LGE Construction & Development, Inc.
