Industry Veteran Joins Growing Firm as Senior Vice President

PHOENIX – NAI Horizon today announced the hiring of W. Barry Lammersen, CCIM, as a Senior Vice President in their Investment Services Division.  Lammersen will focus on the acquisition and disposition of Single Tenant NNN investment properties.

Lammersen has been a commercial investment broker since 1974. He spent many years with CBRE first as an Investment Broker, then as Sales Manager and finally as Eastern Regional VP for Investment and Apartment Property Sales.  After leaving CBRE he joined Cendant Corp where he helped develop the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise program of over 350 offices around the country.  Barry operated Lammersen and Associates in Vienna, VA from 2000 to 2006. He then relocated to Phoenix in 2006 and for the past three years Barry has been associated with a specialty asset investment firm focusing on multi-family and NNN leased investments.  Lammersen’s primary focus over the years has been in single tenant retail properties pursuant to 1031 TDE’s.  He holds Brokers licenses in Arizona and Virginia.

Barry graduated from the University of Colorado, has obtained his CCIM designation and is a member of ICSC. During his career Barry has worked with a variety of clients including; Best Buy, CVS, Goddard Schools, Jiffy Lube, John Hancock, Taco Bell, Wells Fargo USAA and Wyndham Worldwide.  His transaction history includes investment transactions in office, retail, multi-family and land sales. Barry resides in the Valley with his wife of 39 years, Linda.  Barry and Linda have three sons, all who have followed their father’s footsteps into commercial real estate.
