Welcome Ian Turner

NAI Horizon welcomes Ian Turner as the newest addition to the Valuation Services Group. Ian has over 20 years of experience in the construction, brokerage and development fields. Ian has also participated as a principal and asset manager of multifamily investments. Prior to joining NAI Valuation, he oversaw his own development and consulting firm in Phoenix, during which he managed the purchase, rezoning, and entitlement of raw land as well as both horizontal and vertical site improvements. As a consultant Ian has performed extensive due diligence, financial analysis and feasibility studies, and construction management. As an analyst he has been involved in appraisal of gravel quarries, mobile home parks, multifamily complexes and industrial properties.

Ian received his Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Arizona State University in 2008. He holds both a real estate broker’s license as well as contractor’s license with the State of Arizona.
