Are You Looking to Make Your Move? NAI Horizon May be Looking for You

NAI Horizon looks at the coming year as an opportunity to grow our business as the commercial real estate sector recovers. We are actively searching for talented, driven and results-oriented brokers to join our exceptional team.

Over the past three years, NAI Horizon has taken a contrarian approach to the sluggish market by expanding its brokerage and support staff. We have also added an apprasial group to our service line. In the coming year, we plan to add new components to NAI Horizon such as a commercial mortgage group and a major property management expansion, all designed to provide a higher level of service to our clients. All of this comes with a dedication to our local market and our ability to work across the nation and the world as part of NAI Global.

If you feel the time is right to make your move, I welcome you to contact me, Thad Seligman, at [email protected] to see if joining NAI Horizon is the right path for you.

NAI Horizon Valuation Services Builds Reputation on Providing Appraisal, Consultation Excellence

NAI Horizon Valuation Services Group is one of the most experienced commercial real estate appraisal and advisory teams in the southwest. Led by myself, Dan Paulus, MAI, the Valuation Services Group provides a broad range of services on a wide range or property types. The company is designed around integrated teams and specialty groups using a distinctive approach wherein senior appraisal personnel are involved at all levels of inspection, research, analysis and client communication — a full service, team approach to providing solutions for clients.

There is 120 years of combined experience between the three MAI designated appraisers and the two senior appraisers in real estate valuation, management and technical experience with single asset properties, national portfolios, and complex multi-discipline engagements. They provide service for corporations, financial institutions, REITS, government agencies, legal and accounting firms, developers, investors and public sector agencies. They often work with or manage other experts/specialists in multidiscipline engagements in partnership with the client.

My appraisal team and I have built a reputation for service excellence and technical competence in commercial real estate. Their experience in business management, consultation and appraisal of all property types includes undeveloped and entitled land, master-planned communities, apartment and condominium complexes, mobile home parks, medical office buildings and hospitals, garden and high-rise office buildings, industrial parks, neighborhood shopping centers and regional malls, hotels, golf courses, time share resorts and special use properties. I specialize in forensic valuation to provide law firm litigation support and expert witness testimony. I am also among a select few real estate experts in the healthcare industry.

Combined with NAI Global’s international network of brokerage, property management and appraisal offices, NAI Global Valuation can evaluate and report on properties in over 350 markets in 55 countries worldwide.

The Social Network and Commercial Real Estate

After nearly four decades in the commercial real estate arena, I have witnessed many innovations in our industry. Nothing has surprised me more than the advent of social media marketing and its enormous potential. The amount of commercial real estate information is staggering and there are new and exciting ways to harness and diseminate it.

NAI Horizon is committing its resources, both human and financial, to stay ahead of this exciting new media explosion. Fortunately we have engaged young, savvy people to join our team and make sure NAI Horizon continues to distinguish ourselves in the community.

I invite you to keep an eye on our blog, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for the latest trends, discussions and opportunities in the ever-changing commercial real estate market. Let us know how we’re doing so we can continually be the go-to source for CRE information in the Valley.
